Beyond technology
Community investment
Property investment and hands-on renovation are another way I put practical skills to work.
Beyond the screen
A renovation with a purpose.
Useful work starts with understanding what people need.
That mindset carries beyond software. I renovated a Syracuse home, working through the practical details of the kitchen, bathroom, windows, and essential systems to create a more comfortable place to live.
The home now provides a stable living environment for a foster parent caring for at-risk youth.
It’s a personal example of the same approach I bring to technology: understand the problem, work through the details, and build something useful for the people who rely on it.

A renewed kitchen
Updated cabinetry, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and new flooring.
From a narrow room to a full bathroom
I opened the wall to expand the original bathroom and installed a full bath and a new toilet. These photographs show the same room before and after.
