Courseware automation with LifterLMS

An educational platform connecting structured course production, custom importing, commerce state, and learner access.

The problem

Producing course files is only part of delivering education. Content must become usable lessons and quizzes, enrollment must follow the right state, and operators need a way to understand and maintain the workflow.

My contribution

I integrated WordPress, LifterLMS, WooCommerce, and n8n with a custom importer, learner-facing theme, commerce bridge, automation API, course blueprints, and operating documentation.

Course generation and learner enrollment are separate paths. The commerce bridge ties access to order state; review scoring does not itself establish teaching quality.

Engineering decisions

Existing learning and commerce platforms supply their native behavior; my code connects the content, product, order, and enrollment workflows. This makes the integration contribution explicit.

Structured intake feeds task definitions and generated artifacts. Review scoring and requirements-to-test traceability provide review points, while operator training explains how the pieces fit together.

Evidence & validation

The source includes unit and interface checks, behavioral scenarios, requirements traceability, and WordPress/commerce smoke checks. A local no-charge checkout supports enrollment-flow testing.

The traceability matrix links requirements to implementation areas and tests. It is evidence of delivery structure, not a guarantee that every possible learner or payment scenario has been exercised.

What the work demonstrates

The local implementation connects course importing and order-driven enrollment to a learner-facing platform, supported by operating and training material.

Scope & limitations

Production adoption, paid transactions, learner outcomes, and measured efficiency gains are not established here. Agent-generated content and review scores still require editorial and subject-matter judgment.

What you can inspect

Inspect the integration diagram and contribution account. Private workflow credentials, learner accounts, generated course records, and local administrative access are not published.
